Program

  • Trainings are individual 1 on 1 with a trainer
  • Body transformation

  • 5 times a week for 1 hour or 1.5 hours

  • Aerobic capacity test
  • 1 RM
  • FMS
  • Training monitoring via Polar fitness tracker (heart rate and calories burned)
  • The use of the swimming pool is included in the program
  • The nutrition program and diagnostics are carried out by prof. Dr. Vladimir Ilić
  • Retest period of 4 to 6 weeks
