  • Trainings are individual 1 on 1 with a trainer
  • Individual nutrition and supplementation
  • 3-4 x weekly training of 1 hour
  • Blood count (optional)
  • Aerobic capacity test
  • 1 RM
  • FMS test
  • Training monitoring via Polar fitness tracker (heart rate and calories burned)
  • Retest period of 4 to 6 weeks
